Refund policy

At Shinyzap, we want you to have a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will help you with a replacement or refund as per the policy below.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or UPI/card issuer.

Returns Policy

You can request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order ID, invoice, or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products that are used, damaged, or broken due to customer misuse.
Products returned without original packaging.
Return requests made after 7 days from delivery.
Products with missing parts, accessories, or manuals, if applicable.
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling.

Return Shipping

If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Shinyzap will bear the return shipping cost. For other approved returns, the customer may need to pay the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery, subject to the return policy mentioned above.

Important Note

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your order. This helps us verify damage, missing items, or wrong product claims quickly and process replacements faster.
