Cash on Delivery

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will usually attempt delivery multiple times. Please keep your phone reachable and ensure someone is available at the delivery address.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, or rejected delivery, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address or Phone Number

Shinyzap is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address, wrong phone number, incomplete pincode, or unavailable customer.

Damaged or Missing Product During Delivery

If you receive a damaged product, wrong item, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share your order ID, clear photos of the product and packaging, and an unboxing video if available. This helps us process replacements faster.

Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
